Christmas time at preschool was so much fun! I love that we get to focus on the true meaning of CHRISTmas and get to have a lot of fun too!
Ms. Lori was brave and let them make a Christmas tree out of a waffle cone. They loved it…both making it and having it as a special treat!
We made special gifts for each preschool parent! I LOVE how they turned out and will treasure it always! Michele helped us make them.
I have never directed a “play” before this year’s Christmas program, but I thought the kids did so good! They had to learn a lot of songs and some of them had to learn a lot of lines. Two, three, and four year olds. However, Hayden {a wise man} wasn’t thrilled about being in the play. Most days he would cry or pout during practice. Needless to say, it’s just not his thing. Thank goodness for Ms. Lori!
Can you see that pouty lip?
Most of the time he looked like this…
But occasionally, he looked like this…
I am sad I didn’t get more pictures, but I was the director/narrator therefore I missed out on taking pictures.
On the last day of preschool before Christmas, we had our Christmas celebration. We did a rotation party with our four classes. Crafts, Story with Santa, Games, and then we had a birthday party for Jesus! It was a lot of fun.
Where is Hayden? Are you surprised?
Pin the nose of Rudolf, pin the buttons on Frosty, and a little bowling!
And what is a birthday party for Jesus without all this yummy food?
Up next…our “friends” party at our house.
