Gone Fishing…

Hayden got a special fishing pole for his birthday from his Lulu so Tuesday we decided to go try it out! 

Hayden thought it was pretty fun.  

Then, we caught a fish and Hayden didn’t really know what to think about that.  Might have freaked him out a little.  Poor baby.

He got over being scared.  But, didn’t want to touch it or get near it.

Jeff was so good about teaching him what kind of fish we were catching.  Hayden was soaking it all in! 

Hayden decided it was time to get serious about his fishing and get his cowboy hat on like Daddy.  Hayden got his special cowboy hat from his Uncle Mark.  He LOVES it! 

My big catch of the day!  Well, it was the only bass we caught out of 7 fish. So, I can brag.  Ha! 

We had a great time and can’t wait to go again soon!  Maybe Hayden will warm up to the fish!
