On this day, September 2, 2010, we have concrete for our “add on”. I was a little worried it might rain us out, but the concrete truck got in and out without much of a problem!
These guys worked for about 7 hours today. It was so humid, it took it a while for the concrete to get exactly “so” before they could move on to the next step in the process. They were here until almost 8:00 tonight.
Hayden spent a lot of time hanging out in his Nana’s lap.
Just for fun…the last time we poured concrete on June 30, 2009.
Hayden also enjoyed hanging out with his Uncle Mark.
We poured an additional 5 foot onto our front covered parking area as well as extended our bedroom and added a master bath. We also added a utility room to the back.
