Play date fun!

Today we had a play date with our friends Kelly and Kaden and our new friends Crystal and Mason.  I felt like I already knew Crystal and Mason thanks to our blogs.  Kaden is 17 months, Hayden is (almost) 15 months, and Mason just turned 14 months.   The boys played so well together.

Here are some pictures from our afternoon together…

Poor Kaden got woke up from his nap when we got there and I am not sure what he thought about these boys coming into his room and playing with his toys.  He just sat back and watched for a little while while Hayden and Mason played.

     

Then, it was lunch time!  Kelly had a fabulous lunched fixed for us.  We had had chicken salad tortilla roll-ups, tortilla roll ups with hot sauce and cream cheese, fresh veggies and fruit, sweet tea, and funfetti cookies for dessert!  YUM!  The boys snacked on fruit and then the real excitement came!  YOGURT MELTS!!  They were begging like they hadn’t had anything to eat in three days.  It was so funny!

 

They decided to just dump them and eat them off of the floor.

As you can see, Hayden liked to push!

Kaden thought it would be fun to show Hayden and Mason how you REALLY ride a train! 

Then, it was swim time!

  

Mason kept sliding and letting his face go under a little but he was loving it!  The momma’s were all there to help him!  I think little Mason might be part fish! :-)

I think Hayden is sporting a farmer’s tan!  What do you think?

Hayden decided he wanted out of the pool and wanted to swing instead!

Hayden had such a great time but was obviously exhausted when we left.  He fell asleep before we even hit the highway!

Kelly, thank you so much for having us over!  It was great to finally meet Crystal and Mason too.  We had such a GREAT time and hope to do it again soon!!
