Today was the day that we bit it and bought Hayden a new convertible carseat. Right now we have the Chicco KeyFit 30 and I have been very happy with it. It will go to 30 pounds (Hayden is around 20 lbs now). But, we are ready to move Hayden to a bigger seat where he can sit up more. He spends a lot of his time now trying to sit up and hold his head up when he is in his infant seat. He is so curious and wants to know what is going on around him. I have spent a lot of time researching and talking to friends and family about different seats. I have looked at them several times and I thought going in today we would buy either the Britax Boulevard or the Graco Nautilus Elite. Well, we bought neither of those. We ended up buying an Evenflo Symphony 65 . Honestly, before today, I had not even considered that brand. But, after looking at it and comparing the good, the bad, and the ugly, it is the one we chose. If you are looking for a seat that isn't convertible (doesn't have the option for rear-facing), I really loved the Graco Nautilus Elite. Both the Nautilus and the Symphony go up to 100 lbs. I never knew this would be such a difficult, stressful, and time consuming decision. I hope we made the right one! Hayden seemed to like it. His safety and his happiness are what matters!
Wonder if he will sleep this good in the new seat?

He will sleep just as good in the new seat!! ;) We switched Payton to a new seat a few months back since she was getting so big and so long and still left her backwards, but this past weekend we turned her forward (early I know) but she is MUCH happier and she sleeps just as well!! And ours is an Evenflo as well, not sure the number so I'm not sure it is the same one as yours!

We love our Evenflo seat too! Not the same pattern as yours, but that looks like our seat. We turned Ella 2 weeks before she turned a year and she was much happier. :) I am loving all these monthly pics of too!
